Only Holoz LLC operates Scout, an assistant used by residential and light-commercial home services contractors to communicate with their own customers. When you provide your mobile number to a participating contractor - by calling them, texting them, or submitting a service request through their website or booking form - you may receive text messages from that contractor about your service. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that a technician is en route, follow-up on an estimate you requested, and reminders about an open invoice for work performed.
You opt in by giving your mobile number to the contractor for the purpose of scheduling or servicing your work order. The first message you receive identifies the business by name and includes instructions to opt out.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. To resubscribe, reply START. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with the contractor - for example, how many appointments you book or invoices are open. Most customers receive only a small number of messages related to a single job.
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
